After retiring from a successful career at the ripe old age of 47, Stoney’s wife told him to get out of the house and find something to do all day. So he did.
And now he is making the BEST pizza in Belize!
And then there’s the “not-so-silent” partner, Shaena. She’s the entertainment director, often seen sharing laughs with guests when she’s around.
With a an affection for pizza that can only be described as total and complete infatuation and second only to his devotion to his three rescue pups, Stoney keeps himself busy trying new recipes and variations of old classics.
Most are just for fun and one time only specials, but if you are lucky maybe you will be around for a surprise tasting of some of his fun creations.
